Is this item brand new?
This item is second-hand, but it works perfectly fine.
Condition – Appearance & Functionality
Appearance:
Items may show normal signs of use, such as scratches and wear from regular use. We do not sell equipment with faults, cracks, or heavy stains.
Functionality:
All DJ equipment is fully tested, cleaned, and serviced. All functions are guaranteed to be in proper working order.
Do all products come with the original packaging?
If the original box is still available, we will ship the item in its original packaging, with an additional reinforced outer shipping box for extra protection.
If the original box is not available, the item will be carefully packed and shipped in a sturdy replacement carton.
Do I have a warranty?
Of course! All our products come with a 12-month warranty.
Can I return the item after purchase?
Yes, you can return the product within the 14-day return period after receiving it.
When will it be shipped? Can I pick it up in person?
We offer free shipping via DHL, GLS, or UPS. Delivery usually takes 1–7 business days.
